You are:
– An experienced designer with at least 3 years of work experience;

Office manager

Verantwoordelijkheden:

Administratief:
– Ondersteuning van het management/directeur

– Notulen maken tijdens vergaderingen en deze uitwerken
– Bijhouden personeelsadministratie en voeren – evaluatiegesprekken
– Het opstellen van offertes en contracten
– Verantwoordelijk voor het inwerktraject van nieuw personeel
– Aanspreekpunt voor stagiaires
– Het opvolgen van binnenkomende verzoeken

Marketing:

– Het bewaken van de marketingplanning
– Assisterende werkzaamheden ter ondersteuning van – projectmanagement (planning video/fotoshoots, inplannen – content, adverteren content)
– Beheren social media kanalen van het bedrijf
– Updaten eigen website

Facilitair:
– Het op orde houden van alle zaken in en omtrent het kantoor.

Marketing Assistant & Traffic Coordinator

For our fast-growing marketing agency, located on the beautiful island of Curacao, we are looking for a part time Marketing Assistant & Traffic Coordinator (+/-20 hours per week).

Are you that jack of all trades that is eager to start working within a team of ambitious professionals, for both local and international brands? As a Marketing Assistant & Traffic Coordinator at Social Lemons you’ll support our Marketing Managers. You have excellent organizational skills, are result-driven and have a hands-on mentality. On a daily basis you draft press releases, update the website(s) and social media pages, plan events and provide administrative support. Next to that you’ll also produce and distribute marketing materials and analyze the impact of marketing campaigns.

You have:

  • Great interpersonal skills: As a Marketing Assistant & Traffic Coordinator you need to build relationships with a wide variety of people. A personable manner, a proclivity for team-working and adaptability are all important;
  • Excellent written and oral skills (Dutch & English, Papiamento is a plus);
  • IT skills: You will need proficiency in MS Office packages and basic skills in Adobe InDesign and PhotoShop;
  • Organizational skills: As a Marketing Assistant & Traffic Coordinator you will have to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy;
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience and have finished an education in the direction of Marketing/Communications (HBO-level).

Start using Google Analytics

Do you have a website for your business? If so, do you know how often your website is visited? Via which channels are visitors coming to your website? Are these desktop or mobile users?

To measure and monitor the results of your website (and campaigns), you use Google Analytics. Here are the basic steps for the implementation of Analytics for your business:

1. Create your Analytics account
First of all: create a Google Analytics Account. For this, you need a Google account.

2. Implement the Tracking code
Make sure the results are being measured: is your website (correctly) linked to your Analytics account? There are different options for this, for example the implementation of the Google Tracking in the code of your website, or use a tool like MonsterInsights. Take into account that it takes a while before the first results are visible in Analytics (it takes at least 24 hours).

3. Use Link Tracking
You can use Link Tracking, for example by using UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) links, to measure the results of your campaigns. Make sure you use these (shortened) links in all your online marketing expressions. This way, Google Analytics can clearly measure how visitors end up on your website. Is this because of your monthly newsletter, or via the social media contest you just started? Take a look at which channel actually provides the most traffic. And come up with a strategy: how can your business anticipate on these results?
