As a Creative Marketing Manager, you will be the bridge between strategy and creativity, translating marketing goals into powerful campaigns while overseeing the visual identity and creative direction of our clients. We are looking for a visionary leader who can manage both the marketing and creative processes for all our clients.
Job Description
As the Creative Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies while ensuring the creative vision and visual identity of our clients are upheld. You will play a key role in translating brand strategies into effective and visually compelling campaigns, in collaboration with our creative team. Your responsibility will be to guide and optimize the creative output, without being fully involved in execution. Additionally, you will be a trusted advisor to both clients and the internal team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Marketing strategy & creativity: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support both marketing and creative objectives.
- Campaign management: Coordinate marketing campaigns from concept to execution, with a special focus on visual consistency and impact.
- Lead the creative team: Guide designers and content creators to deliver high-quality and creative content that aligns with brand identity and client goals.
- Client collaboration: Work with clients to turn their vision into strategies and campaigns that enhance brand perception and customer engagement.
- Ensure visual identity: Safeguard the client’s visual identity across all channels and ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Performance analysis: Evaluate campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement based on data and trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Marketing Manager + Art Director).
- In-depth knowledge of both strategic marketing and visual branding.
- Experience developing creative concepts and driving creative processes.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with a diverse range of clients, both locally and internationally.
- A creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and innovation.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and other relevant design software.
- Affinity with the Caribbean market is a plus.
