Are you a driven and results-oriented professional with a passion for marketing? Do you have experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships? Then we are looking for you! We are seeking an Account Manager Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and generating new business within our growing client base.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage existing client relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Proactively approach potential clients and generate new leads.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to understand and fulfill customer needs.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Report to our clients on the progress of marketing initiatives and achievement of goals.
• In this position you will work closely with our great team of multimedia designers and other marketing specialists.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the marketing industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (NL and ENG).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to effectively work in a dynamic environment.
• Creative thinking ability and innovative mindset.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and marketing automation
• Experience in Canva/ Abode photoshop / Indesign (Pre)
• Available at least 32 hours per week
